We created CarConnect for Tokić, the biggest name in car parts in Croatia and Slovenia. The goal was simple: make it easier for people to find a reliable mechanic and for workshops to manage their daily work. CarConnect is a bridge between the car owner who needs a quick fix and the mechanic who wants a better way to organize their shop.
By focusing on a clean and easy-to-use design, we turned a stressful task into a smooth digital experience for the entire Adria region.
For the person behind the wheel, we wanted the app to feel as natural as possible. We built a straightforward flow that lets users find help in just three steps: pick a service, find a nearby shop, and send a request.
We avoided cluttered menus and confusing steps so that anyone, no matter how much they know about cars can book a repair without any hassle. It’s all about getting the driver back on the road with as little effort as possible.
A huge part of this project was focused on the mechanics’ side of things. Most shops still rely on old paper notebooks, so we designed a digital dashboard that is actually easy to use during a busy workday.
We focused on a clean UX that helps mechanics swap their paper calendars for a digital one. Now, they can accept appointments, suggest new times, and keep a digital history of every car they fix. It’s not just a tool – it’s a simpler way for them to manage their business and keep their customers coming back.
