Car Repair Booking Website for ACC

We built a car repair booking website for Auto Check Center (ACC) in Croatia and Slovenia. ACC is part of an international network of independent workshops created by ATR, one of the world’s largest auto parts alliances.  ACC shops must meet strict standards for expertise, equipment and service quality.

Drivers needed a simple way to find a trusted mechanic nearby, and workshop owners needed a clear reason to join the network. The site does both. It connects drivers with nearby workshops and shows workshop owners the benefits of joining ACC.

 

The challenge

ACC speaks to two very different audiences, and the website had to work for both.

Drivers looking for a mechanic
Most drivers don’t know which workshop does what. With more than 40 services across several categories, they needed a fast way to find the right workshop near them.

Workshop owners thinking about joining
The ACC concept is well established across Europe, but less known in Croatia and Slovenia. Owners needed to understand the benefits, the requirements, and that their business stays their own.

A network that keeps changing
Workshops join, change working hours and add new services. The content had to be easy for Tokić’s team to keep up to date without developer help.

A trusted mechanic in a few clicks

Drivers rarely know which workshop does what. Finding a mechanic usually means calling around or asking friends, and the guesswork adds up.

We built the homepage around finding the right workshop. Drivers pick the services they need, add their location and see matching workshops on a map. Shortcuts for common needs, like free brake testing or a replacement vehicle, lead straight to filtered results. Every workshop has its own page with hours, contacts and services.

Each ACC workshop has its own page with working hours, contacts, location and the full list of services it offers, so drivers know exactly what to expect before they call.

The pages are managed by the central admin team of the ACC website through an easy to use interface. Car repair shops can focus on their own business without needing to manage their pages.

Booking that goes straight to the mechanic

Finding a workshop is only half the job. We built a custom booking engine, so drivers can send an enquiry for the services they need in a few steps, without calling around.

Every enquiry is routed to the chosen workshop, so mechanics can reply quickly and nothing gets lost along the way. The system is simple for workshops to use.

Growing the network

Joining a network can feel like giving up control of a business owners spent years building. The concept is also new to many local mechanics, so a generic “join us” page wouldn’t convince anyone.

We built a page that answers the biggest worry first: owners keep their business and their name. It then explains all the benefits – the international network behind ACC and five service modules. A short self-check shows if a workshop qualifies, with the inquiry form one click away.

One platform, two countries

ACC runs in Croatia and Slovenia, so we built one platform that serves both. Each country has its own workshops & services and is fully localized for the target market.

The centralized system we built means that both markets get new updates and features at the same time. This increases the speed at which we can launch new updates to the system, and reduces maintenance costs.

ACC’s website works for both sides of the network. Drivers find a trusted mechanic and send an enquiry in a few clicks, and workshop owners get new customers straight to their inbox, along with a clear picture of what joining the network means for their business. With nearly 60 workshops across two countries and a platform the team runs on their own, ACC is ready to keep growing.
